Our company specializes in AI chatbots and we're currently seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goalsCreate and publish engaging content daily (e.g., text, photos, videos) across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitor activityEngage with followers, respond to queries promptly, and monitor customer reviewsCollaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and creatives, to ensure brand consistencyAnalyze social media performance and make recommendations for optimizationRequirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar roleExcellent knowledge of social media platforms and best practicesExperience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)Strong communication skills and ability to interact with followers in a professional mannerFamiliarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channelsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
