What We Need:Global Services is a diverse team of specialists located in more than 8 geographic locations supporting the production of industry-leading games at 2K. Our creative development group is seeking a Senior Producer with AAA Production experience who is ready for the challenge of supporting our partner teams on several exciting projects. This position will support studio partners to develop AAA quality games, from concept through post-launch updates, and assist in maintaining the creative vision of 2K’s game franchises. Additionally, the Senior Producer is expected to contribute to the larger Global Services Production team, whether through improving group-wide processes or spearheading initiatives.

What you will be doing:

Establish, maintain, and improve collaboration with internal studios and teams to meet project schedules, quality goals, and business objectives.

Collaborate with studio partners to ensure development priorities and quality goals are met, and that production schedules and project risks are aligned and maintained between Global Services and partner teams.

Supervise creative development production process and continually improve production processes based on effective metrics.

Support and lead execution on creative development strategies.

Help troubleshoot and balance resources based on project needs.

Lead efforts to develop mentoring plans to foster growth.

Understand requirements and critical timelines. Collaborate with game teams across 2K to balance dependencies, deliveries, and output targets.

Build effective project organizational structures and continually adjust based on need.

Anticipate and identify risks and setbacks in organization and development; enact plans for course correction.

What would make you successful:

5+ years in AAA game production and have shipped at least 1 AAA game.

Formal experience and knowledge in production and project management.

Analytical approach to problem solving with a strong desire to find measurable improvement.

Excellent coaching skills and Emotional IQ to read the team and create a positive environment in the workplace.

Experience building and maintaining relationships with internal & external studios, vendors, internal teams, and other critical resources.

Strong communication, trust, and relationship-building skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $123,500 - $182,780 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, the employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
