DUPIXENT is a significant growth driver for Sanofi.The Associate Director HCP Marketing will play a significant part in executing our EoE Strategy, developing campaigns, messages, and tactics across our key customers to help continue accelerating Dupixent’s performance and transform the EoE management.Position Overview/Key ResponsibilitiesThe Associate Director HCP Marketing will work in collaboration with the HCP Marketing lead, the EoE Marketing team and our cross-functional partners to execute the US strategic business direction for EoE HCP Promotion. Responsibilities include strategic planning, development, and implementation of creative campaigns, while ensuring a strong differentiation from future competition across all channels including personal promotion, non-personal promotion.This role will report to the US Head of Marketing for EoE.Role Responsibilities:Collaborate in the US EoE HCP strategy and execution ensuring excellence in execution and consistency across functions.Understanding of the EoE market including drivers, barriers, and competitive positioning.Continuous assessment and validation of brand differentiation and reasons to believe.Brand positioning and message evolution.Unbranded campaign as needed.HCP Digital MCM strategy evolution and tactical execution.Evolution of HCP in-office support strategy and materials.Lead field communication and ensure appropriate training in partnership with the training team.Partner with sales leadership to gather relevant feedback and competitive intelligence.Partner with the Joint Regulatory Committee (JRC) to get promotional materials approved.Manage advertising agency partner and other vendors to ensure execution towards objectives.Work with market research and analytics to develop and generate appropriate data.Support the development and monitoring of the DUPIXENT HCP marketing budget.Partner across functions and therapeutic areas to enhance DUPIXENT’s overall value proposition.Act as a sponsor and ally for inclusion and diversity in all elements of our business.Comply with all forms of legal and statutory regulation within domain of responsibility.QualificationsExperience Qualifications:Bachelor Degree and 3+ years product/brand management, and/or strategic marketing, commercial/business development with product launch experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.A comprehensive understanding of the key dynamics driving the US health care environment.Product launch experience.Experience of working in an alliance and cross-functional matrix organization.Understanding of market research, creative development, and experience with the regulatory review/approval process.Experience in digital marketing will represent a plus.Preferred Qualifications:Demonstrated ability to understand and anticipate customer needs (internal and/or external).Strong project management skills.Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and lead.Exceptional communication skills – both written and oral.Experience managing multiple projects and related budgets.Demonstrated critical thinking skills.Passionate, confident, articulate, and comfortable in a team environment.Why Choose usBring the miracles of science to life alongside a supportive, future-focused team.Discover endless opportunities to grow your talent and drive your career.Enjoy a thoughtful, well-crafted rewards package that recognizes your contribution.Take good care of yourself and your family, with a wide range of health and wellbeing benefits.Sanofi Inc. and its U.S. affiliates are Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employers committed to a culturally diverse workforce.
