This role is paramount in supporting the Retailer Marketing team in crafting innovative marketing briefs that not only align with our retailers' goals but also amplify their success on the Instacart platform. You’ll partner across the retailer marketing team to draft briefs, manage ongoing retailer growth initiatives, and manage creative execution across channels – CRM, OTT/OLV, Streaming Audio, Direct Mail, and more.This role is perfect for individuals who excel in fast-paced environments where responsibilities can change and willingness to dive in and help wherever needed. The person for this role would have a passion for using their organizational prowess to influence marketing success. Our marketers are behind nearly every new retailer launch, expansion, and national marketing campaign. We work with the top marketers at the nation’s top retailers. As part of the broader Marketing organization, we are incredibly cross-functional and partner with Brand, Product, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Business Development, Sales, and more. Your efforts will directly contribute to Instacart's mission of creating a world where everyone has access to the food they love and more time to enjoy it together.About the JobPartner with the rest of the Retailer Marketing team to create and manage campaign briefs from draft to creative execution across channels (including but not limited to CRM, OTT/OLV, Streaming Audio, Photoshoots, Direct Mail, and Podcasts)Monitor campaigns, pull and analyze data, report on performance and share insights with the team – where needed, working with Marketing Analytics and Data ScienceOwn our retailer processes – logo and campaign inclusions, growth initiative requests, new launch support requests, and ensure they are executed flawlessly and responded to in a timely manner while having an eye for continuous improvementBuild external-facing retailer assets that excite retailers on Co-Marketing opportunities and ongoing seasonal campaign inclusionsOwn end-to-end campaign excellence by identifying opportunities for streamlining campaign creation and execution across channels and implementing process changeSupport a number of retailers directly by building and executing marketing GTMs across CRM, in-app promotion and performance marketing channelsAbout YouMinimum Qualifications3+ years experience in marketing operations, campaign/project management, partnership marketing, co-marketing and/or marketing management with at least 1-2 of those years at a retailer, CPG, tech company or consulting firmBachelor’s degree in related fieldProven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns and processes from inception to completion with cross-functional teamsProven experience pulling and analyzing campaign data into compelling insights to inform business decisionsExperience working in a client or partner facing roleBaseline familiarity with strategy, execution, & performance benchmarks of a wide breadth of marketing channels including CRM, organic social, paid media, and influencerStrong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to plan and execute across a range of projects with overlapping timelinesPreferred QualificationsExperience working with or at retailersExperience with SQL, Mode, and other data visualization tools
