In the Personal Lines Producer position, you will:
Only SELL! We have a service team and a retention team so you can focus all of your time on SELLING!
Grow New Business Accounts by converting incoming leads, warm calls, online quote requests, client referrals, and organic opportunities into sales.
Utilize agency custom CRM to support sales cycle and automation of follow-ups, which boosts opportunity funnel and close ratio.
Provide the highest quality of professional service to every customer.
Maintain knowledge of products.
Follow existing processes and procedures.

Requirements for Personal Lines Producer:
Property and casualty insurance license is required.
Prepare quotes for customers.
Must work independently and possess organization skills to manage numerous, varied, detailed tasks.
Must have computer skills and ability to use Office software programs.
Applicant must be articulate and friendly, demonstrate professional appearance and have a strong work ethic.
Endorse technology over old school models.
Sales experience is required.
Additional Benefits:
Salary plus commissions or Commission only depending on individual.
Flex schedule with the opportunity to work from home and in office (based on experience).
