What is this role?As our
Senior
Influencer Marketing Specialist , you’ll work hand in hand with the Influencer Marketing Senior Manager and other key stakeholders across Marketing to support the team’s efforts in growing and cultivating strong relationships with our influencers through product exchanges, paid partnerships, and event opportunities. You'll be excellent at multitasking, have a creative way of thinking, and be comfortable bringing new ideas to the table.
What does an average day look like?
Driving Results:
Support channel optimization to drive ROI.
Taking Ownership:
Constantly look for ways to optimize our influencer marketing strategy and bring our influencers fresh, fun, and exciting opportunities.
Making Decisions:
Support Influencer cost negotiations and contracts and continue to find and implement new ideas to grow and engage with our Influencer Community.
Cultivating Relationships:
Actively identify new influencers to onboard into our program that can best represent our brand.
Instilling Trust: Champion new influencer opportunities and support other team members' growth.
Customer Focus:
Have a pulse on emerging trends, technologies, platforms, and influencers to drive best-in-class experiences for new and existing influencers.
What background should you have?
3+ years of experience in influencer marketing.
Knowledge of influencer marketing trends from an owned and earned media perspective.
Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
Well-organized with excellent time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills; Networking aptitude.
Energetic, enthusiastic, proactive, and results-driven; "get-it-done" mentality.
Experience managing influencer campaigns.
