Open Loop Energy is a full service repair company with testing and manufacturing capabilities, specializing in heavy duty hydraulics. Large hydraulic cylinders, suspensions, pumps, motors, and valves of any manufacture are routinely repaired, tested, and remanufactured at Open Loop Energy facilities. Repairs and rebuilds are assembled and tested to meet or exceed OEM specifications. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital content producer to join our team. As a digital producer, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing a wide range of digital content across multiple platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement. This role involves a blend of content planning, graphic design, social media management, and collaboration with various departments to support the company’s goals.Key Responsibilities:Social content Planning and Implementation:· Plan, design, and implement content for all digital platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and the Open Loop Energy website.· Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and marketing strategy.· Schedule and maintain all social media accounts.· Generate quarterly reports on engagement and trends to optimize future content strategies.Graphic Design:· Fulfill graphic design requests from departments such as Sales, HR, Safety, and Upper Management.· Create designs for both digital and print needs, including marketing materials, internal documents, and promotional content.Website Collaboration and Maintenance:· Work with website designers to enhance user experience and maintain an up-to-date, user-friendly website.· Perform occasional updates to website content, including staff, distribution information, and job postings (in collaboration with the HR department)Video Production and Internal Communication:· Collaborate with the Safety Department and Upper Management to produce monthly safety videos and other internal company messaging.· Shoot, edit, and upload videos with the assistance of the Safety Department, ensuring high-quality and engaging content.Required Skills and Qualifications:· Associates degree required, bachelors preferred in fine art, computer graphics, animation, or related field.· Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, and the broader Adobe Creative Suite.· Familiarity with social media platforms and tools, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn.· Basic understanding of HTML and website content management systems· Strong graphic design skills with the ability to produce high-quality digital and print materials.· Organizational and time-management skills.· Ability to analyze social media metrics and generate actionable insights.· Strong communication and collaboration skills.Please submit your resume along with a link to your portfolio, highlighting your multimedia content creation and design work.This employer does perform pre-employment drug testing.
