Step into the future with us.The Opportunity:The Digital Media Buying Ad Operations Specialist is an entry-level position on the digital media buying operations team. This position is intended to provide a foundational understanding of a variety of advertising technologies, and prepare the person for advanced positions in media buying operations utilizing Social, SEM and other Programmatic Buying systems. Opportunities for advancement within the company are expected and encouraged. The team is responsible for the delivery and optimization of localized digital advertising campaigns using cutting-edge media buying tactics and technologies.This is a hybrid position which requires candidates to be located in the Phoenix Metro Area with the expectation of in office work 4-6 days per year.We are currently hiring for various teams. Candidates might interview with multiple managers depending on experience.What You Will Do:Learning the fundamentals of digital media buying and related ad operations technologiesManage digital media buying order fulfillment as part of a team structureImplement custom campaign configurations within the AdTech spacePerform quality assurance functions to ensure accuracy of campaign settingsIdentify opportunities and solutions for day-to-day product and process improvementCommunicate campaign optimization logistics with internal and external stakeholdersWho You Are:Excellent attention to detailDemonstrable history of personal achievement and work ethicStrong desire to work in the advertising technology industryBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or another quantitative fieldCompensationThe base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based on the primary location. The salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competency, experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the total package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work.We support each member of the Frequence team with a comprehensive employee benefits package including health and well-being benefits, retirement contributions, 401(k) savings plan, and much more.
