Technical Training Content Developer Sr you will beworking in

All remote work must be performed within one of the MCW registered payroll states, which currently includes: WI, AZ, FL, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, TN,TX, and UT.PurposeFunction as a technical training specialist and instructional designer for our Learning Management System (LMS).

The Technical Training Content Developer plans, designs, develops, and maintains engaging and effective education, training, and continuous learning for our enterprise system end users, including all faculty, staff and APPs.

Act as a resource for trainers as well as learners and end users across MCW.

Requires collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) and other stakeholders to ensure content is accurate and up to date.Primary FunctionsPlanning for cut-over training to Workday for our end-users; design, delivery, and recommending a sustainability plan after Workday implementation.Training Program Design: Lead the development and implementation comprehensive training programs for cut-over training for Workday as well as for after implementation that address the needs of the organization and enhance employee skills.Content Development: Create engaging and effective learning materials including:Virtual training: e-learning modules, video tutorials, help guidesFacilitated instructor-led training: Trainee materials and trainer guides.Job aids: manuals, pdf guides, and video demonstrations.

Collaboration: Work closely with Workday implementation project workstream leads to identify training needs and develop solutions that support business goals and design learning with measurable outcomesFacilitation: Deliver advanced training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and virtually, ensuring an engaging and effective learning experience.LMS Management: Administer and maintain the LMS, including user account management, course uploads, system configuration, and troubleshooting.Content Management: Oversee the upload, testing, and updating of e-learning content, ensuring that courses are functioning correctly and meeting organizational standards.Reporting and Analytics: Generate and analyze reports on user engagement, course completion, and other key metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.Integration: Work with IT and other departments to integrate the LMS with other systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.Continuous Improvement: Stay current with LMS updates, upgrades, and new features, and implement them as necessary to improve system performance, and stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development and apply this knowledge to improve our training programs.Organize and conduct learning programs, including awareness and knowledge building, skills development continuous improvement and leadership, and professional developmentUtilize judgment and experience to adapt classes to learner needsConfigure and deploy learning delivery and management toolsMeasure and monitor effectiveness of learning programs and recommend changes to increase program effectivenessEvaluate and assess input from learners and devise follow-up learning to meet individual and team needsProvide regular data and reports on learning programs and outcomes.Technical Support: Provide technical support to users, including resolving issues related to access, navigation, and course functionality.Other duties as assigned

Knowledge - Skills - AbilitiesKnowledge: Adult learning principles and instructional design modelsSkills: Experience with popular learning management system platforms (preferably Workday).

Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).

Excellent organization, project management, presentation, communication and facilitation skills.

Creative problem solving and attention to detail.

Familiarity with SCORM standardsAbilities: E-learning creation, data analysis to measure training effectiveness.

Working independently and as part of a larger team.

Explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.

Identifying stakeholder needs, creating, communicating, and executing a plan and meeting those needs.

Position Requirements:

SpecificationsAppropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basisMinimum Required Education:

Master's Degree in Education (e.g., instructional design, curriculum and instruction, cognition and learning, adult learning, information science)Minimum Required Experience:

6 yearsPreferred Experience: 4 years progressive training experience building virtual and facilitated training content for ERP applications. Experience with ERPs such as Workday, PeopleSoft, or Oracle Cloud ERP, Learning Management Systems, MS Teams, Adobe Presenter, or similar application, digital content development, survey tools (Ex Qualtrics, Survey Monkey)Field:
