Graphic Designer

Lifestyle Christianity is seeking a talented and passionate, full-time Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics that effectively communicate our ministry’s mission, vision, and events. This role requires a creative individual with a strong understanding of design principles, excellent communication and time management skills, and a heart for ministry. This is an on-site position at our Lifestyle Christianity training center located in Watauga, TX.Responsibilities:

Develop and produce graphics for various ministry needs, including LCU Ministry School, Power + Love conferences, Encounter Night services, merchandise, social media, website, email, print materials, and special events.Ensure all designs align with the ministry’s branding guidelines and contribute to a cohesive visual identity.Work directly with the Creative/Marketing Team and ministry leaders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions.Create engaging and dynamic digital content for social media platforms, emails, and the ministry’s websites.Design printed materials such as flyers, brochures, and banners.Design promotional materials for ministry events, including posters, banners, slides, and online/social media graphics.Receive and respond to workflow as set up in Asana project management software.Stay updated with current design trends and software, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to ministry communications.Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, and other design software. Experience with Adobe Premiere is a plus.A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, including print and digital designs.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling.A commitment to the values and mission of Lifestyle Christianity, with a desire to use design skills to support and enhance the ministry.Competitive salary based on experience.Opportunities for professional development and growth.Supportive and inclusive work environment.The chance to make a meaningful impact through your work and contribute to the mission: Encounter Jesus.
