This role focuses on learning foundational instructional design processes and tools used by the Bobcat Training Team, contributing to the creation of effective training materials and implementing best practices of course design under the guidance of team leadership and other members.This position will support instructional design work, the creation of course modules, and the learning experience of our commercial channel.Role & Responsibility

Content DevelopmentAssist in developing instructional materials, including online courses, manuals and job aidsCoordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather, organize and produce contentSupport the maintenance and updates of existing training materials as well as the preparation of reports and presentationsAssist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials for training eventsMaintain internal media platforms to promote training events and learning retentionInstructional DesignAssist in the development and implementation of training material across various media types and formatsParticipate in the design process for creating instructional materialsWork with SMEs to refine drafted material into student-facing deliverables according to a revision control processHelp gather and organize feedback from internal and external customers in a close working relationship with the team’s data analystProject ManagementSupport the instructional design team in managing project timelines and tasksPerform administrative tasks related to instructional design projects, such as scheduling meetings, ordering training materials, and maintaining recordsAssist in the planning and coordination of training events, including logistics, scheduling, and attendee communicationJob Requirement

Education RequiredBachelor’s Degree in a relevant fieldExperience Required0-2 years of full-time instructional design or related experienceSkillsBasic knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theoriesFamiliarity with training material development tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Creative Cloud) is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentAbility to manage a variety of project deadlines and details effectively#GDAs a part of the Doosan Group, which employs more than 43,000 people in 38 countries worldwide, the company offers its customers products and solutions to help build stronger businesses and communities.
