Technical Art Manager / Director , you will be responsible for guiding a team to create top-quality and market-leading work. You will collaborate closely with the team to help them grow both as individuals and as a cohesive unit. You should have a proven track record of successfully tackling complex challenges related to content creation, pipeline management, and cutting-edge visuals.Requirements
Experience working in large game studios and managing teams.Proficient in understanding proprietary tools and technology.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.Familiarity with modern 3D software packages (Maya, Substance, zBrush, etc.)Knowledge of optimising game art assets for game engines and streamlining pipelines and processes.Proficiency in C#/Scripting Languages or similar systems.Understanding of modern 3D engines and their technology.Experience with art/animation pipelines on modern game consoles.Up-to-date knowledge of current art techniques and development processes.Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.Attention to detail in individual and team tasks, schedules, and budget constraints.Strong troubleshooting skills.Positive attitude and desire to contribute new ideas to the team.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead a team of Technical Artists.Define the team's content goals.Enhance production and organization structures.Select tools and technologies to improve content creation.Collaborate with experts to set clear goals for tools and processes.Establish shared Art best practices with the art team.Contribute to the strategic vision for content.Ensure game performance and optimizations with content producers.Test external tools for cutting-edge content.Solve complex content creation challenges.Address pipeline and technology issues within the team.Explore future content technologies.Review pipelines for best practices.WHY JOIN?
