This is a hybrid position working remotely 3 days per week and on-site 2 days per week at our Sauk Rapids, MN location. Our product portfolio includes Technology products (SaaS based applications serving loyalty-based programs, product tracking applications and mobile application development), business to business marketing (including direct mail, email, website development and social media marketing), distribution and manufacturing.Objectives of this Role:

The Marketing Manager will provide key direction and input to marketing strategy along with key marketing tools and resources that are integral to the success of the company. This person will also support field sales activity by providing timely information to company sales representatives and channel partners. They will develop and manage cross-functional projects that grow brand awareness for the company.Key Responsibilities:Management, development, and implementation of product marketing activities to maximize success of an assigned product line.Manage a small team of marketing specialists and the social media manager.Ensure profitable development of sales and market share for the product groups managed, based on defined output parameters (e.g. budget) on a nationwide level.New Product Launches:Develop business plans for new products.Guide product development projects in line with our strategic objectives in coordination with the respective counterparts in Research & Development, Operations, and sales.Develop marketing and sales collaterals for new product launches in line with corporate design guidelines.Identify and rank new product concepts for commercialization.Conduct market research and voice-of-customer assessments to generate customer and market insights in collaboration with corporate research.Create and deliver commercial product trainings to management.Existing Product Range:Lifecycle management for the existing product range, market environment analysis, and market surveillance.Development of concepts and support materials for the expansion of market share.Implementation of promotional strategies in cooperation with key markets.Competitor Activities:Continuous monitoring of competitor activities and development of response plans.Marketing Collaterals/Packaging:Development of English master versions for marketing collaterals (brochures, advertisements, presentations, videos, etc.).Develop layout/design and packaging details for all new portfolio SKUs in line with corporate guidelines.Interface with external lead agencies for advertising, research, and PR.Core Tasks:Full Brand Management responsibilities.Annual Marketing and Strategic Plan development.Literature/ad development, website and social media updates.Market research.Brand specific presentations to multiple audiences.Pricing strategies and competitive pricing analysis.Program development and promotional analysis.Product/promotion updates.Member of assigned committees.Key Account visits / field visits.Assisting with product launch materials.Digital Marketing Responsibilities:Create digital strategy and execution plan for both brands digital ecosystem (social media, paid media, website/e-commerce, email, and collaborations).Maintain consistency and excellence in our emerging markets and across our platforms.Develop and manage a yearly digital budget that complements digital strategy.Analyze paid media, optimizing ad spends and reporting metrics.Continuously test new marketing channels, merchandising features, and other business opportunities.eCommerce Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategies to achieve growth in direct-to-consumer and Business-to-Business revenue.Drive traffic and acquire new customers through a range of digital marketing channels.Manage website activities and execute goals within brands content management systems (WooCommerce, Amazon, Shopify).Write and maintain product copy for brands' websites and media kits.Qualifications:At least 3+ years of experience in marketing.Understanding of classic marketing and the roles of research, creative advertising, and sales execution.2-3 years of copywriting and graphic design work.Management of products via WordPress is a plus.Experience managing a small team of graphic designers/marketing specialists/interns.Excellent analytical capabilities.Fluency in spoken and written English.Fluency in Microsoft Office applications.Benefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceFlexible ScheduleCompetitive salaryBonus opportunitiesEducation:
