Job Responsibilities

Manage a team responsible for generating sales leads through business sales calls to prospect customers.Recruit, train, and supervise a team of telemarketers.Develop and implement effective telemarketing strategies to generate sales-qualified leads.Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align telemarketing efforts with overall sales objectives.Lead the team to achieve the business targets assigned by the company.Ensure your team proactively establishes lists of potential customers and qualifies sales leads through calls.Maintain effective communication and secure sales appointments for the Sales Team to follow up once the appointment has been confirmed by your team.Ensure your Telemarketing team properly uses and updates our CRM system.Train, coach, and mentor your team to sell more effectively.Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement plans when necessary.Develop new sales methods and strategies that will lead to a strong value proposition to prospects.Prepare regular reports on telemarketing activities, lead quality, and conversion rates.Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.Experience in Microsoft Excel reporting functions such as pivot tables.Strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.Requirements

Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.3+ years of management experience in the telemarketing environment and able to manage a minimum of 10 people.Experience leading, inspiring, and motivating others to meet goals and metrics.Strong proven leadership capabilities.A good team player who is independent, self-motivated, self-disciplined, and able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.Ability to communicate and collaborate with Chinese-speaking clients and team members.Benefits
