We ignite all senses, capture attention, and drive both loyalty and dollars with the biggest, boldest ideas.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORThe Senior Experiential Designer will participate in the conceptualization, design and creation of brand strategy and experience design projects from initiation to completion, with guidance and support from our team. Join a team of creatives who help clients to express their story through powerful brand experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESWork with a multi-disciplinary team to design spatial concepts, visual identities, graphics, digital and branded environments for diverse clients.This role is idea and conceptual design-centric, the project work is a blend of spatial, environmental, and graphic design to create a holistic brand representation for our clients.Generate multiple initial concepts and develop viable design solutions.Integrate the brand story into two and three-dimensional built environments.Collaborate with clients, design teams, architects.Mentor junior team members.QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCEProfessional Experience: Several years of experience in a related role.Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous work demonstrating a range of experience in built projects from concept through completion.Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead creative teams and manage projects from concept to completion.SKILLSFamiliarity with architectural construction documents, scales, sections, plans and elevations a plus.At least 5+ years of professional experience in environmental design, experiential design, interior design, or architecture.Strong spatial design sensibility.Ability to perform insightful research to generate ideas, concepts.Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop – very strong Adobe skills are required.Knowledge of CAD tools strongly preferred.Use of SketchUp or other 3D modeling programs are required.Experience with planning, documentation and management of environmental design, interior design, or architecture necessary.Hand sketching/drawing ability a plus.A portfolio that exhibits design maturity based on graphic design and/or environmental, interiors, industrial, exhibit design, architecture, and strategic thinking. It is important that you show us your process.EDUCATIONBachelor’s degree in industrial design, environmental design, interior design, architecture, or a related field.

This is a full-time position with a complete benefits package. Compensation is based on skills and experience.
