Referral Marketing Manager

to drive referral-based patient acquisition growth. Reporting to the Sr. Marketing Manager, this role drives new patient acquisition through multi-channel marketing initiatives across several audiences, including referring patients, clinical care teams, and referring physicians. This position will work closely with our clinical care teams and practice development coaches which requires a combination of in-office and in-field time with quarterly travel to Vancouver and Arizona markets. A primary responsibility of the role is to train the clinical staff to successfully execute patient marketing initiatives for 100+ Chiro One Wellness Centers. These initiatives include a combination of traditional in-clinic promotional events and edgy digital patient-centered social and email marketing campaigns. The role is highly metrics-driven and is accountable for specific acquisition goals per clinic location and across all brands on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.On a given day, this role will:Collaborate with clinical care teams to implement conversion-focused in-clinic campaigns to achieve a patient acquisition target across all assigned offices.Create, schedule, and conduct virtual and in-person one-on-one clinic training with 2-6 clinical team members to drive referral results. Topics include but are not limited to campaign implementation, communication skills, sales tactics, collateral use, and best practices.Generate individual new patient acquisition targets during in-field clinic visits by engaging with our clinic’s current patient base and referring physicians.Create and arrange appointments with doctors, referral coordinators, practice administrators, and hospital medical teams to educate these providers on the value of Chiro One’s treatment and generate referrals.Manage referral results within your assigned clinic area and drive performance through individualized marketing programs, channel strategies, and KPIs, targeting multiple audiences.Analyze high-performing referral offices and develop best practices to implement across all assigned clinics.Lead and support employee-facing patient marketing programs, including an internal communication platform (Viva Engage) and monthly performance initiatives and contests to drive engagement and participation.Work closely with the Clinical Training team to facilitate referral training for newly hired chiropractors and clinical care team members within your assigned clinic area.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of marketing management experience.Experience in managing the implementation of innovative, results-driven multi-channel marketing campaigns including presentation, print, event, social, and email marketing with proven results.Experience in creating and implementing marketing training material for a variety of positions, both clinical and non-clinical.High level of planning and analytical skills.Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to keep audiences engaged.Access to a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and good driving record.Achievement-oriented; motivated by achieving metrics, goals, and company objectivesStrategic thinking and ability to create attainable goals and tactics that support key strategiesAbility to work collaboratively across creative, content, digital, and clinical operations teamsAbility to influence a group of diverse team members to drive resultsPassion for improving the patient journey through innovative and creative internal campaignsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDisclaimerAll team members agree to consistently support compliance and TVG-Medulla, LLC policies and Standards of Excellence with regard to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non-compliance, adhering to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, accreditation and licenser requirements (if applicable), and Medulla procedures and protocols.
