The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, concurrent deadline environment. This individual will be responsible for handling daily production and design tasks under the direction of the Production Coordinator from our Carrollton, TX office.For fifteen years, Mesmerize has maintained an entrepreneurial spirit and is in a rapid growth mode in the out of home and point of care vertical. Check incoming art to assure it is print-readyTroubleshoot issues with filesCreate mock-up designs and print-ready designsPackage and prep artwork for delivery to print vendorsWork with large format designImage retouchingOther design jobs as neededSkills and Requirements

Excellent proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) & MacOS2-3 years experience in production art/designBasic understanding of print requirements (resolution, color, bleed, etc.)Self-motivated and creativeAble to handle multiple tasksExcellent attention to detailCompensation
