Healthcare, Science and Technology, and Aviation project sectors.Who Are You?Perkins&Will Denver is seeking a highly motivated individual with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience to fill the role of Interior Designer III.To join us, you should have:5+ years of experienceA professional degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related disciplineProficiency in Revit, CAD, graphic design, and 3D modeling and visualization softwareExperience with Rhino and Grasshopper are a plusExperience in all phases of a project including programming, schematic design, design development, and contract documents.Demonstrated competency in interior design specifications, calculations, industry standards, and application of building codes and specifications.Experience with mechanical and electrical systems, lighting, and acousticsStrong verbal and written communication skillsProblem-solving skills, attention to detail, and motivation to learnCollaborative and professional work ethicLEED AP within 6 months of hireNCIDQ preferredWhat will you Do?As an

InteriorDesigner III on the Perkins&Will team, you will:Demonstrate an understanding of the architectural design process and integration of interior design concepts with the ability to lead and develop design element components.Develop, prepare, and coordinate presentation materials with project team members.Manipulate advanced design elements such as proportion, color, light, texture & scale.Facilitate our goals of excellence in design, execution, and sustainability.Develop and produce construction documents and develop detailed sketches.Coordinate with consultants; i.e., HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Safety.Provide programming and space planning analysis and area calculations.Assist in technical and design coordination of documents with adherence to schedules and budgets.Perform site analysis, including survey of existing conditions and field measurements.Execute red-marked revisions.Prepare mock-up drawing packages.Review shop drawing submittals.Perform within constraints of project budgets and schedulesWhat do we Offer?At Perkins&Will we celebrate the individual as well as the collective team in order to create a positive, healthy, and sustainable work environment.
