Graphic Designer

To maintain brand standards established that communicate the Company’s Core Values. Orchestrate the execution of marketing strategy and campaigns, and establish processes, while collaborating with broker support team, agents, and leadership team while working alongside the graphic design team to provide quality designed marketing collateral (i.e. property brochures, property e-blasts, postcards, mailers, online marketing – uploading information and updating listing sites, design ads, newsletters, signage etc.)Expected Outcomes:Brand Development:Ensure branding consistency throughout all material and content templates (OMs, Brochures, Proposals, e-blasts, social content, postcards, etc.)Devote adequate time to graphic design production – provide immediate back-up for graphic designDesign, develop and distribution of custom collateral including team materials, promotional materials, custom direct mail, etc.Work with marketing team to create results-driven, strategic marketing plans for the company and agents using proven digital and traditional platforms and mediums.Design & MarketingProvide effective and cleanly designed consistent collateralProduction of all new listing flyers/brochures and OMs and other printed materials as necessaryCreate and update collateral for all property listings, drawing/redrawing of floor plans/site plans/creating maps etc.Manage, update and complete listing requests/changes sent via listing management systemInteract with brokers on an as need basis and deliver team specific collateral that is within the company’s branding guidelinesHelp in preparing monthly broker meeting and companywide all hands presentations (gathering information, images, properties for the presentation)Collaborate within the department to continually work to update and improve collateralWillingness to share project workload when the team is overloadedSkills Required:Microsoft PowerpointSocial Media AppsExperience with Email Blast tools and Emails WYSYWIG Design AppsWordPressGood writerAbility to deliver creative content (text, image & video)Ability to meet deadlines and collaborateBonus Skills and Experience:PhotographyGoogle Analytics/SEODesign/Marketing Degree or CertificationsEngagingProactiveMotivatedCuriousHumbleConfidentStrategic-ThinkerAnalyticalCreativeDeadline OrientedFirst Name
