Other duties may be assigned.Regular and consistent attendance.Understands the every-evolving social media universe including Facebook, X, YouTube, Instagram.Curate and execute social marketing campaigns, original and custom content.Monitor local chatter and sentiment through 3rd party sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Google, Reddit, & Yelp!Provide quality customer service in a prompt, responsible and professional manner to all Regal patrons who have contacted the corporate office including via email, phone or social media outlets.Determine need for escalation and alert management and appropriate teams to any legal and PR concerns.Engage with social listening tools to help evaluate and adjust Regal’s focus.Work closely with various marketing teams to ensure social media & guest requests are documented and executed.Create value through out-of-box, innovative social programs.Participate in interactive industry and professional organizations.Manage multiple, competing priorities.Able to exercise confidentiality within the team for sensitive issues regarding Regal guests or business clients.Stay current on the appropriate style guidelines and brand voice for consistent messaging.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of communications- and client-related industry trends.Be adept at varying the voice, style, and other characteristics of messaging based on the industry, company, or target audience.Strong/creative business writing, copywriting, and presentation skills.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Prior experience in digital marketing, media planning and buying, social media, promotions and/or project management preferred. Theatre industry experience helpful but not required.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:None.Language Ability:Must have good reading, writing, and speaking skills to effectively communicate with studios, managers, and co-workers.Math Ability:Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and to develop and interpret charts.Reasoning Ability:Perform under pressure and/or opposition at times relying on your own independent judgment and knowledge to decide the best directions and solutions. While representing the company, the marketing coordinator will be required to determine answers to questions and situations which may be socially or politically volatile. Execution and communication of such solutions are often in the public eye.Computer Skills:Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, database software, Photoshop, experience with social media.Supervisory Responsibilities:This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
