based in Edison, NJ, that is experiencing explosive growth for the past 11 years. They have a vibrant showroom in Manhattan and are seeking a talented
Senior Graphic Designer
to join their dynamic team. This is an opportunity to unleash your creativity in a collaborative, fun, and rewarding environment, working with leading brands like Disney, Universal, and Warner Bros.Client Info:The end client holds an impressive portfolio of licenses with top studios and fashion brand agencies, consistently designing fresh collections for kids (boys and girls). We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a 401(k) with company contributions, health insurance, paid time off, and a flexible work schedule (NJ/NY).The Role:In this role, you'll play a key part in developing captivating artwork for seasonal collections and retailer presentations. You'll collaborate with the team to translate creative direction into stunning visuals that meet licensor and retailer needs.You'll be a perfect fit if you have:7 – 10 years of experience
in graphic design for children's apparel (both boys and girls).Heavy experience with character licensing
in the softlines industry (children's apparel, accessories, etc.) is mandatory.Exceptional proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (PC)
– you'll be our resident expert for creating graphics and flat sketches (bodies included).A strong understanding of working with major brands like Disney, Universal, Warner Bros., Paramount/Nick, and navigating the needs of off-price, club, and department stores.A Bachelor's degree (BA) in Fashion Design or equivalent experience.Exceptional color sense
and the ability to create complex, seamless repeat patterns.The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines without compromising creativity.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to participate in internal and external meetings, shopping trips, and trade shows.A genuine love for character graphic design and translating licensed properties into engaging children's apparel.Apply to this job
