Exempt**********************THIS POSITION IS IN OFFICE**********************Position Summary:The Inside Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for business development and growth of the Olympus product(s) by educating and training new partnerships and Qualifying agents on the product(s) through calls, visits, training curriculum and presentations. This role oversees, creates, and maintains positive social media presence specific to the marketing and brand strategy set forth by the company. Supports the sales and marketing department in planning and execution of company and industry trade shows, conferences, and other related events.Job Description/Essential Functions:Ensures an excellent experience for the newest members of the agency force.Manages lower tier agencies (Qualifying agencies) across the state.Manages, trains, develops, and educates new agency partners over their first year to implement the processes set forth in the Agency training manual with a focus on increased new business production, renewal retention, and agent profitability while distributing Olympus products.Assists and/or manage the organization's social media and generate creative concepts and messaging.Defines the tracking engagement metrics (ROI) for events and social media platforms that support the sales performance of the company.Schedules and prepares social media campaigns specific to sales events and company goals.Tracks brand and marketing inventory. Orders for future needs and events based on budget and statewide brand awareness needs.Creates, prepares, and assembles marketing brochures and packages as needed.Assists AVP of Sales & Marketing in agency and insured communications.Works with Sales Manager of each region on events, marketing, and communication needs.Sets goals and track progress of all newly appointed agencies and Qualifying agencies with the aim of agency tiering and moving under the responsibility of Regional Sales Manager based on agency location.Responsible for setting forth timelines and new business requirements, with the authority to recommend termination should an agency not meet expectations.Creates and maintain Newly Appointed and Qualifying Agency training manuals, webinars, presentations, etc.Utilizes reporting tools such as Underwriting, Power BI, Cancellation, New Business, and Quoting to set goals and standards in collaboration with the sales team.Meets routinely with the Sales Team to discuss competitor feedback and progress.Works with AVP of Sales & Marketing, UW, Actuary, and others to target strategic areas of expansion or reduction recommended focus of exposure.Actively supports the overall Olympus Sales organization and Company strategy.Expected to attend industry trade shows, conferences, and other related events.Performs other tasks and responsibilities as business needs require.Skills/Requirements/Qualifications:

2-3 years of previous insurance carrier, marketing, and/or customer service experience PreferredInsurance industry designationsInsurance knowledge preferredBachelor's Degree preferredAbility to create, write, and proofread communications, presentations, and marketing materialsGraphic skillsKnowledge and ability to work in various social media platformsDemonstrated software proficiency including Salesforce and Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPointKeen ability to build professional relationships and remain customer-focused.EEOC Compliance:
