Fictiv is looking for a rock-star Lifecycle Marketing Manager to support the strategy and execution of end-to-end lifecycle marketing initiatives, driving initial and repeat conversions, retention and expansion strategies.The focus is instilling loyalty and advocacy within our ever-growing customer base. Our ideal candidate will be an email expert with the curiosity to leverage new channels, have an experimental mindset and be data-driven to the nth degree. In this role you will be responsible for helping to define and execute critical email marketing strategies across the entire customer journey with the goal of maximizing customer LTV.You will report to the Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Manager.What You’ll Be Doing

Develop AB testing roadmap to optimize each stage of the customer journey, which include onboarding, engagement, and retentionOptimize email nurture programs to improve velocity and frequency of first-time customers becoming power usersAnalyze and report on key channel metrics and business KPIsWork with the marketing communications team to leverage new capabilities/features, case studies, testimonials, and quotes in LCM campaignsMaintain positive and productive relationships with product marketing, product management, and engineering teams to ensure messaging of programs and product updates are accurate and meaningful to the target audienceRefine customer loyalty and referral marketing programsGreat collaboration with MarketingOps, RevOps, Content & Creative teams to bring campaigns to lifeStay on top of email best practices and industry trendsLeverage Marketo and modern marketing tools (Drift, Printfection, Salesforce, etc.) to develop automated campaigns that deliver the right message, to the right person, at the right timeDesired Traits

A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in customer marketing, preferably at a digital manufacturing or eCommerce-based company that also supports an enterprise selling motionExperience building, executing and scaling cross-functional email marketing campaignsDirect experience using marketing automation platforms, with Marketo experience strongly preferredA proven track record of delighting customers and creating successful marketing programs aimed at customersKnowledge of audience segmentation through profile attribution and content/channel engagementBasic understanding of integrated marketing tech stacks and the flow of data between CRM, Business Intelligence Platforms and Automation ToolsExpert in segmentation, list management, and email marketing best practicesExperience implementing and measuring AB testingStrong communication skills without fear of over-communication. This role will require effective collaboration and cross-functional coordination across internal and external contributorsExtremely detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple projects to meet deadlinesAn understanding of the mechanical engineer persona and the buyer journey would be preferredYou share our values, and work in accordance with those valuesPerks and Benefits
