This inclusive employer is a member of myGwork – the largest global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community.DescriptionThe North American Stores Deals Marketing team delights customers by driving discoverability of relevant deals and discounts year-round. We are looking for a highly creative, organized, and analytical Product Marketing Manager to own a new series of deal events launched in 2023 focused on long weekend sales and seasonal clearance (e.g., Memorial Day Sale, Fall Sale).This role will have a high degree of leadership visibility. The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable working in a highly ambiguous environment, has strong verbal and written communication, is curious to figure things out and build capabilities, and uses data and customer focused judgement to back up recommendations.Key job responsibilitiesSetting the event strategy and goals, aligning with finance, centralized deals sourcing, and traffic partners.Partnering with VMs and Account Managers to source brand-burnishing deals to feature within the event and with creators/PR.Aligning with onsite and offsite channel leads on a traffic plan to drive event discoverability.Developing an experimentation plan to drive continuous improvement event-over-event.Partnering with creative on messaging and design.Analyzing event performance and report out to stakeholders and marketing leaders on event performance.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Seattle, WA, USA.Basic Qualifications4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels.Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).Preferred QualificationsExperience managing external partners to develop marketing programs.Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives.Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $87,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
