Position: Account Associate
Responsibilities:
Educate clients on insurance options using a customer-centric approach.
Generate leads, schedule appointments, and match clients with suitable products.
Uphold high ethical standards and demonstrate dedication to success.
Collaborate within a supportive team environment.
Requirements:
Eagerness to learn and share the importance of insurance and financial products.
Property & Casualty License (must obtain).
Life & Health License (must obtain).
Preferred track record of meeting sales targets.
Sales experience is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
What We Offer:
Flexible Hours
Competitive wage and commission structure.

Compensation:
$20-$30 per hour, depending on sales success
Blend of hourly wage and commission for high earnings potential.
Hours:
