The Marketing and Events Administrator develops, coordinates, leads, and evaluates all Questrom School of Business Graduate Admissions & Financial Aid Office (GAFAO) marketing and events activities. Create schedule for all admissions and conversion recruitment activities each year across all GAFAO-managed programs. Lead marketing efforts including coordination of publications and other marketing materials, website updates and social media, and event planning. Coordinate all logistics for events including advertising schedules, information packets, and staffing. Recruit Questrom faculty, students, and alumni to participate in scheduled events. Manage the Graduate Admissions & Financial Aid Office's graduate assistants and ambassador program.

Required Skills
B.A./B.S. or equivalent work experience required, excellent communication and customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and three to five years of related administrative experience preferably in higher education.
