JOB PURPOSEWe are looking for a talented content creator and trainer to join our growing training team at Wall’s in Gloucester. You will be responsible for creating, assigning and monitoring effectiveness of high quality e-learning for everyone on site. You will continue to drive our digital literacy agenda by expanding the learning technology used on site to ensure outstanding learning experience for all. In this role, you will interact with all levels across the business and no two days will be the same. There will also be some face to face delivery including Induction and standard compliance courses.Note: This is an on-site role, and will require office / factory attendance 5 days a week.RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborate with SME’s to gather content and create storyboardsDesign engaging, impactful learning including assessments using e-learning authoring toolsQuality test and proofread courses before publishing to LMSManage assignment of courses to delegates in the LMSAssist in developing and maintaining electronic skills matrixAssess training effectiveness and adjust accordingly based on feedback and dataAnalyse training data to identify skills gaps and instigate interventionsDeliver standard internal training sessions including Induction.Support Training Co-ordinator to organise Internal and External Training CoursesAssist in improving digital literacy across the site by supporting learners and implementing solutionsKeep up to date with emerging technologies and methodologies in e-learningSupport L & D Manager with strategic projectsALL ABOUT YOUMust be flexible to work unsociable hours occasionally due to the 24/7 nature of the businessLearning and development related qualifications are desirable but not essentialExperience of using Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise and Replay)Knowledgeable in adult learning principles and instructional designExperience of delivering classroom trainingExperience of working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)Excellent attention to detailComputer literate with the ability to use multiple systemsExcellent communication and people management skillsStrong organisational skills with a logical problem solving approachAbility to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.Willingness to learn and experimentAbility to work autonomously and use own initiativePREFERRED / DESIRABLE:Experience of working with Cornerstone.Experience of working with Power BI and Excel.
