Marketing Technology Sr Specialist

We are committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive culture that is representative of our global customers and the society in which we live; a culture in which every one of our employees can bring their authentic self to work and reach their full potential.You will help define the future of our digital marketing capabilities with an emphasis on Advertising and Marketing Technology, bridging the gap between the business and technology to transform the organization and build engaging and highly personalized experiences for customers.What you will be doing:Evaluating, building and implementing digital marketing tools to improve media ROI and elevate the digital user experience.Analyzing JLR's Ad/MarTech maturity, identifying gaps and strengths in areas like web development, CRM, data onboarding and marketing automation.Researching, selecting, and implementing marketing technologies that enhance media ROI and campaign performance.Strengthening data and audience strategies and ensuring data and tech pipelines are seamlessly connected.Leading the product roadmap and expand JLR's relationship with key technologies partners such as Adobe and Salesforce.Utilizing tools like Salesforce Data Cloud to create customer segments for precise targeting and content personalization.Conducting A/B testing using Adobe Target to improve the digital user journey.Evaluating new identity solutions, crafting first-party data strategies and solutions leveraging Data Clean Rooms.Exploring opportunities to leverage generative AI to enhance ad copy, landing pages, and creative assets.Staying abreast of advancements in AI and machine learning.Performing other duties as required.What you will need:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.5+ years of experience in marketing technology or a relevant field.Proven track record of evaluating, selecting, and implementing marketing technologies.Experience with CRM, data management and marketing automation platforms.Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into technological solutions.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Strong analytical, verbal, and written skills.Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.Must be a team-oriented self-starter.Must be able to work under pressure and meet firm deadlines, while consistently delivering a high standard of work.Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills are essential, and must be comfortable presenting to all levels of management.Must have strong business acumen, and the ability to work with people at varying levels within the organization.Schedule:

$92,000 - $115,000Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized components, including location, skills, experience, and market factors. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus in addition to a full range of medical/health, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick/personal, and parental leave).
