You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.QUALIFICATIONS
Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferredSuccessful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferredAbility to effectively relate to a customerProperty & Casualty licenseBENEFITS
Salary plus commission/bonusPaid time off (vacation and personal/sick days)Growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within my officeLicensing reimbursement after 3 monthsCompensation: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearState Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
