Required Qualifications

The Marketing/Communications lead must be a motivated individual who has combined marketing expertise and effective communication strategies to oversee, develop and execute the Company's marketing and messaging strategies to promote organizational brand awareness, sales, adapt to changing trends, and overall client satisfaction. This Marketing/Communications lead ensures that both marketing and broader company messaging are aligned. This position is perfect for someone with a marketing background that is willing to learn and growth with a mid-size company.

The Candidate Must Have The Following Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.At least 1 years of experience in a marketing and communications role.Has the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.Excellent writing skillsGreat communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work and partner well with the company leadership team, brand development and HumanResources to align marketing/communication efforts with corporate goals.Understanding of marketing/communications best practices and the ability to implement these strategies.Ability to travel to trade show and meetings, 3-4 per year. The ideal candidate must be willing to travel occasionally to trade shows and stay overnight.

Key Responsibilities

Coordination and attendance at trade shows to foster potential client business.Maintaining communications with external vendors and stakeholders.Designing and coordinating digital campaigns (including website, e-newsletters, social media)Supporting direct sales through tradeshow promotions and assisting with CRM client database.Maintaining a consistent brand image, including digital platforms, print materials, and social media.Maintaining and upgrading the existing company website.Ability to manage multiple projects.Author and help publish monthly electronic newsletters.Maintaining a digital library of photographs and other media.Developing corporate presentations.Design, maintain and execute a variety of brand and communication assets (including but not limited to brochures, flyers, sales presentations, promotional and trade show materials, giveaways, etc.).Maintain and grow the company's presence and culture across social media platforms.Identify new trends and content opportunities.Internal communications, such as SharePoint.Cross functional collaboration internally.Copywriting for articles, newsletters, and social media posts.Maintain Marketing inventory apparel and swag giveaways.Manage projects on an as needed basis.

Additional Experience (would Be a Plus)

Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, And Illustrator)WordPressSharePoint
