Manage all aspects of day-to-day operations of paid media campaigns

to meet business goals, build the brand, and improve the overall online experience for prospective customersCreate customized paid search strategies with budget recommendations, keyword research and compelling ad messagingMonitor campaign results, analyze key metrics, and optimize performance based on ROAS and Lead generationMaintain high level of understanding of emerging digital marketing and travel industry trends and company functionalityAttain and maintain Google AdWords and Bing Ads certificationsCreate and strive for a working environment of continuous improvement and development of new company products, evaluation, and integration of new search engine opportunitiesRequired Experience & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, advertising, or related fieldExperience working directly with Google AdWords, Bing Ads, and Facebook Business Manager in platformExperience analyzing large amounts of data and making data-driven decisionsMust have excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven environmentExcellent oral, verbal, and written communication skillsExcellent organizational & multi-tasking skillsUnderstanding of the online marketing industryA high desire and willingness to learn and constantly improve and the ability handle constructive criticism in a positive
