OCR’s regional enforcement offices that are currently seeking to fill entry-level General Attorney vacancies are located in Boston, MA; New York, NY; Washington, DC; Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Kansas City, MO; Denver, CO; San Francisco, CA; and Seattle, WA. The General Attorneys make civil rights compliance determinations and ensure that complaints and proactive enforcement activities are processed in accordance with regulations, policies, and case law and conform to established case-processing procedures.The grade level qualifications for OCR attorney positions are outlined in the attachment.
