Weekend Co-Producer

is the Creative Arts point person to lead and instruct teams in the weekend services at the Mesa campus. They are responsible for creating a culture where everyone (Teachers, Campus Pastors, Hosts, Worship Team, & Production Team) feels valued, informed, and supported in the weekend services. This person executes the weekend services through technology and production and supports their campus. This position is a job-sharing position and will operate on an every two weeks rotation (two weeks on/two weeks off).This position is connected to the faith and ministry of the church and moves forward the vision of Central Christian Church.Responsibilities:Ø Manage, maintain, and schedule Production Volunteers for weekend servicesØ Recruit & train volunteers for all positions (Graphics Operator, Lighting Operator, Producer, Stage Manager, Camera Operator, Director, and other positions as needed)Ø Partner with Production in training volunteers on production equipmentØ Participate in weekly weekend handoff meetings, team meetings, and every other month one-on-ones with the Programming PastorØ Monitor/Tidy band and production green room after servicesØ Support the service created by the Creative Arts Team by making decisions and troubleshooting problems that may ariseØ Communicate with Co-Producer to ensure tasks are completed and efforts are not duplicatedØ Support worship center events and mid-week tier one ministry events, when availableØ Other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:Ø Must have hands-on experience with technology in a modern worship and production environmentØ Formal training in audio and/or technical production of some kind preferredØ Leadership skills: possess the capacity to teach, coach, and effectively encourage those involved in the weekend services or those seeking to be involved. Must be able to support the service and make decisions to do so. Must be able to calmly troubleshoot issues as they arise and lead volunteers through problems that may arise in the middle of serviceØ Communication skills: Communicate effectively and efficiently with multiple parties (Programming Pastor, Production Staff, Production Volunteers, Audio Engineers, Campus Pastors, Hosts, Worship Staff, Worship Volunteers, First Impressions, etc.)Ø Must align with Central Christian Church's vision and values and be committed to doing Central no harmØ Growing in your relationship with ChristØ Develop unique evangelism opportunities within and outside the ChurchModel biblical integrity in all things:Ø Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of Central Christian Church employees, defined by the Employee HandbookØ Financially support the vision of Central Christian Church by faithfully giving at least 10% of gross incomeØ Be an active Owner at Central Christian Church, making every effort to uphold the six core values of CentralPhysical Requirements:
