Marketing Specialist, Advisory

What does a great Marketing Specialist do at Fiserv?As a Marketing Specialist at Fiserv, you will be responsible for identifying and executing custom content and engagement strategies across all digital channels. You will support the organization's strategic digital content objectives, engagement innovation needs, and digital revenue goals by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Your role will involve partnering with digital design and development resources, optimizing digital content for performance and conversion, and driving user engagement through effective digital content strategies.

What you will do:

Identify and execute digital content strategies to support sales channels, digital revenue goals, and customer retention.

Optimize digital content for engagement with target audiences and performance metrics.

Work with stakeholders to map out user journeys and enhance user engagement through digital content.

Stay updated on emerging channels and ensure strategic plans are executed effectively.

Publish content across various digital platforms and systems.

Draw insights from digital analytics and market research to improve content strategies.

What You Will Need To Have:

Minimum 6 years of experience in managing digital strategy and execution.

Experience with email marketing and automation systems.

Knowledge of SEO strategy, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and content management tools.

Experience in regulated industries; financial services experience is a plus.

Working knowledge of ADA conformance and agile software development.

What Would Be Great To Have:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Deep understanding of B2B digital space and industry trends.

Strong organizational skills and results-driven mindset.

Proficiency in English writing for digital channels.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work in dynamic environments.

Experience with social media platforms, marketing automation, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Willingness to travel up to 30% annually.

This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Maryland, New York or Washington.
