We're currently looking for an experienced Interior Designer to join our Design team in Limassol. In close collaboration with our Design team and Project Manager, you will assist in all project design phases - from drafting interior design presentations, liaising with suppliers to overseeing the apartment setup.Key Responsibilities:
Visit new properties to take measurements of interior space and determine optimal furniture placement.Evaluate existing furniture and decoration within the property, deciding what to retain and identifying additional items needed.Create furniture proposal mood-boards that align with apartment requirements and Moving Doors brand standards.Create bill of quantity lists based on selected furniture and accessories.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (purchasing, project manager etc) to effectively deliver the assigned projects.Prepare apartments before each photoshoot to present them in an appealing and spotless condition.Collaborate with suppliers to monitor stock availability and actively seek new partnerships.Conduct quality control checks and reports.Conduct final inspection of apartments including overseeing the placement of furniture, lightening and decoration.Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends.Requirements
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in residential interior designDegree in Interior Design or a relevant qualificationGood working knowledge of AutoCADExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)Strong self-organization and team playerAbility to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlinesDriver’s license for navigating cities (fuel allowance provided)Candidate must be based in CyprusCompetitive compensation based on candidates experiencePrivate Medical insuranceFriendly, pleasant and creative working environmentModern offices in a well-located location in LimassolDoes this sound like you?
