Our team is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. As part of this role, you'll play a crucial role in bolstering the Marketing Department, ensuring a cohesive and impactful company message resonates consistently across all channels. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, a meticulous eye for detail, a proactive approach, and a comprehensive grasp of diverse marketing strategies.Responsibilities

Collaborate in producing compelling promotional materials and marketing collateral.Craft persuasive product sales and marketing copies.Drive our online presence and engagement by generating dynamic social media content.Conduct research and create engaging weekly blog posts.Assist the Marketing Coordinator in managing brand and marketing initiatives through various tasks.Optimize paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and others.Source and nurture qualified leads to enhance our marketing endeavors.Undertake project-based tasks assigned by the Marketing Coordinator as needed.Ensure weekly website maintenance for optimal performance.Manage the online reputation across platforms like Glassdoor, Google, Yelp, and others.Requirements

Proven track record in a relevant marketing capacity, demonstrating your expertise.Proficiency in leveraging Google Ads and various paid advertising platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, among others.Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.Experience utilizing creative tools such as Adobe Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.Familiarity with major social networking platforms and their functionalities.Knowledge of CRM software, including Zoho and Hubspot.Proficiency in Google and Facebook advertising and their associated analytics.Ability to craft compelling marketing copy that captivates and engages the audience.Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.The Company's primary goal when recruiting new employees is to fill vacancies with persons who have the best available skills, abilities, or experience needed to perform the work.
