Through its product and company culture, Concord incorporates the values Passion, Humility, and Integrity in everything.About the RoleAs a member of the Growth team and reporting to our Chief Product Officer, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and publishing high-quality content that is relevant, engaging, and informative to a target audience. You will write actionable content with the goal of increasing conversions and impact our ARR. To fulfill your mission, you will work closely with all teams to ensure that the content produced is aligned with the brand's messaging and goals. You will conduct interviews of current customers, industry leaders, potential prospects, etc. to create articles, use cases and white papers.What you can expect from us

Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the brand's goals and ARR objectives.Manage the content creation process from ideation to publication, including research, writing, editing, and proofreading.Ensure that all content produced is accurate, relevant, engaging, and consistent with the brand's tone and style.Work closely with various teams, including growth, product, and design, to ensure that content is aligned with their needs and goals.Identify key topics to our audience to write relevant content used in our campaignsOptimize the SEO of the content produced in collaboration with the different teams.Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that the brand's content is competitive and innovative.Manage content calendars, including scheduling and publishing content on various channels, including social media, website, email marketing, and blog.Interview current customers, industry leaders or potential prospects to gain insight on business proposition, product use cases, etc.Track and report on the performance of each piece of content, and leverage SEO to increase traffic and conversions.Actively participate in the respect of all practices and security policies of the company.Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in content creation, marketing, or related fields.Excellent communication and writing skillsProficiency with analytics tools and social media platforms.Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proven ability to research topics in industries such as Legal, Operations, Contracts, etc.Competency in using SEO strategies and best practices.Basic understanding of Google Analytics.Local to Austin, TX.
