North Myrtle Beach, SC, USIn House OPCThis position is paid on net tours, not penetration rates!The In-House Marketing Agent provides information and an opportunity for guests, owners, or members staying on property to receive an owner update of Capital Vacations properties and sales presentation.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesInvites Owners to attend an Owners’ UpdateInvites Non-Owners to attend a sales presentation for Capital VacationsAssists guests and Owners with on-site and off-site needsProvides guests and Owners with a smooth, friendly, efficient check-in experienceUnderstands qualifications and company policies and proceduresMaintains up-to-date knowledge of the content of local shows, attractions, and locationsCompletes all necessary paperwork and reports accurately, completely, and legiblyResponsibly handles cashMaintains production at or above minimum performance standardsAnswers telephones - inbound and outbound callingAll other duties as assignedGeneral Statement : Performs the job assigned, complying with Company policies and procedures, business code of ethics, FLSA regulations, and all applicable laws, as well as ensuring confidentiality, reliability, quality, and productivity.Job RequirementsEducation, Essential Training / Certifications, and Experience:High School Diploma/GEDOPC or In-House experience preferredSkills, Knowledge, and Abilities:Must be highly motivated with a positive attitude.
