```htmlJob Title: Global Brand & Communication Planning Manager (f/m/d)For our Global Consumer Strategy & Insights department, we are looking for a Global Brand & Communication Planning Manager (f/m/d) whose mission is to let the organization understand our (target) consumers, their behavior, and motivations, in order to reach and retain them in a highly competitive market.

Main Tasks:

Lead Brand Positioning, Brand system development, and Purpose evolution to drive consumer & cultural relevance.

Support development of Creative & Messaging hierarchy for Brand Trademark (incl. brief development & creative testing).

Test and establish new global communication research standard approach for future campaign development.

Be responsible for continuous refinement of Target Consumer Understanding towards improving campaign, content, etc. effectiveness.

Support standardizing KPIs for Brand Equity Tracking and Growth Driver evaluations.

Make recommendations to help Global Brand Marketing and the marketing & sales organization to execute against opportunities.

Qualifications:You will be a perfect match for this role if you have the following qualifications:

Completed studies in Marketing or other related disciplines.

Deep experience in Brand Marketing & Research in client-side teams, preferably in lifestyle products and/or the entertainment industry.

Experience with quantitative and qualitative research and analyzing multiple content and data inputs.

Proficient at interpreting research learnings and results into story-driven analyses that clearly communicate implications.

Have intellectual curiosity and openness to continuously learn.

Comfortable presenting in small and large groups.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English as well as in German.
