Personal Lines Producer/Re-marketsSUMMARYResponsible for re-marketing existing policies as needed as well as quoting and binding new policies for homes, autos, watercraft, etc.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Re-market existing policies as needed, reasons for re-marketing are policy non-renewal, dramatic increase in premium, client request.Work with the retention manager to maintain our goal of 92% retention of existing policies.Quote and bind new policies.Educate potential and existing clients regarding the insurance market.Cross-sell existing clients when re-marketing their existing policies.Continue to add appropriate personal to referral rewards program.Work with the referral rewards team on closing new leads.Work strategically to add new carriers as needed, particularly important to have access to the best carriers available.Set and maintain goals and objectives such as backlog, quote turnaround, time to follow up, etc.Enter all new policies into AMS 360 in a timely manner and ensure they are complete, fostering a seamless handoff to the CSR team.Maintain a relationship with key, strategic customers.Support the CSR team whenever necessary.MOST IMPORTANTWe are a team and will always support fellow employees in a constructive, positive manner under all circumstances.Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSValid Florida 440 or 220 property and casualty license.Minimum five years' experience quoting, writing, and managing home, auto, and watercraft insurance.Familiarity with Florida markets.Experience/familiarity working with AMS360 operating system is a plus.Other Job Information

Commensurate with experience plus potential for annual merit increase.
