If you are passionate about working on unstructured business problems that can be solved using data, we would like to talk to you.ResponsibilitiesWe are currently building and implementing a Customer Data Mart for the Marketing team. The Data Analytics team is looking for a seasoned consultant to gather and understand business requirements and translate them to technical terms for the Data team.You will build strong relationships with business (Marketing) leadership, including the CMO, to understand key gaps in current processes, customer marketing vision and strategy and ensure that the Data Analytics team is delivering in line with business vision.You will translate business requirements into technical requirements, and work with the team to lay out the development roadmap.Provide regular updates to business against the tech roadmap, ensure business teams understand how to consume data, assist business in formulating their marketing strategies, A/B tests and campaigns.Gather feedback and questions from business teams and facilitate tech resolutionsMinimum 8 years of analytical experience, specifically customer marketing / digital marketing analytics, preferably within the Retail (Grocery Stores) domain.Robust techno-functional skills and strong digital transformation/strategy consulting experience.Strong experience in Retail, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Campaign Design, and Marketing performance measurement areas in the Retail (preferably Grocery) sector.Open to travel to the office and working onsite at least 3 to 5 days a month in Grand Rapids, MI.Very good communication and interpersonal skills; strong executive presence.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to maneuver complex organizational environments.Strong data and analytics skill set, experience in AI/ML-based campaign design, rollout, and performance measurement.Significant career development opportunities exist as the company grows.
