We are located in a contemporary new office in River North. Currently, we're working two days in office and the rest WFH.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Content Strategist to execute the planning, development, and creation of high-level B2B content marketing strategies. This role will require a strong understanding of content marketing best practices, and staying abreast with industry trends and changes in the content marketing landscape. In this role, you will execute the creation of diverse content initiatives, such as social media posts, graphics, short and long form writing, email marketing campaigns, and apply SEO best practices to such content creation. This role will be client-facing, where you will communicate your strategy plans with Fishman PR clients, to provide them industry-leading guidance.

In this role, you will work on several different client accounts, all of which are focused on B2B strategies with the goal of promoting franchise development.

Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee a comprehensive content strategy that supports our clients' marketing objectives and business goals.

Conduct in-depth research to gain insights into target audiences and industry trends.

Manage a content calendar to ensure the timely and consistent delivery of high-quality content across various platforms.

Lead collaboration efforts with team members to produce integrated content.

Oversee design-related tasks, including the creation of graphics and other marketing collateral.

Implement SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and reach.

Analyze content performance using analytics tools, and provide strategic insights for optimization and growth.

Manage the execution of deliverables, including communication to clients, publishing on social media, and website updates.

Define and track KPIs for social media and website analytics to evaluate performance and guide strategy adjustments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Significant experience in content marketing management, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful content strategies.

Deep knowledge of content marketing principles, storytelling, and maintaining brand consistency.

Expert writing and editing skills, with attention to detail.

Proficiency in SEO and content optimization techniques.

Familiarity with content marketing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Hootsuite, HubSpot, FranConnect, or similar platforms.

Innovative thinker capable of generating new ideas and campaigns.

Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities, with experience leading collaborative projects.

Prior experience in a client-facing role, offering direct feedback and strategic guidance is preferred.
