.We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Paid Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and a proven track record of driving successful paid media campaigns.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms to meet client objectives and KPIs.Strategy Development:

Develop comprehensive paid media strategies tailored to client goals, target audiences, and budgets.Performance Analysis:

Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.Reporting:

Create detailed reports and presentations that effectively communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.Budget Management:

Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.A/B Testing:

Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve campaign performance.Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including account managers, creative, and analytics, to ensure cohesive campaign execution and alignment with overall marketing strategies.Client Communication:

Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates, performance insights, and strategic recommendations.Industry Trends:

Stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in paid media and digital marketing.Qualifications:Experience:

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns, preferably within an agency setting.B2B + Agency Experience PreferredSkills:Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other major digital advertising platforms.Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques.Education:

Reporting to the Senior Director of Paid Media
