We are looking for THE MAYOR of the STRETCH ZONE studio. This position is definitely not the typical "9 to 5" job.Salary:
$45,000 - $70,000+ annuallyWe are seeking driven hardworking individuals that:Are passionate about fitness and helping others lead a healthy lifestyle.Have fitness industry or membership sales experience.Enjoy working in a close-knit environment.Are dedicated and driven to succeed in their career.Have a sales and management background within the fitness industry.Are energetic, forward-thinking, and creative with high ethical standards.Position Responsibilities:
Drive Studio Revenue through Membership SalesLead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and NetworkingProficiency in Club Ready, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, Google Applications, Social Media, EMAILLead and work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general publicRequirements:
2+ years of PROVEN SUCCESS in sales, preferably membership sales within the fitness industryCollege level coursework in Anatomy and PhysiologyAvailability for 1-2 weeks out of town job trainingEffective listening skills necessary to elicit options and ideas in support of team relationshipsAbility to work independently and collaborate with studio ownerAbility to manage and drive all revenue from membership salesExcellent communication and strong writing and interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, and via emailAbility to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environmentAbility to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgmentHighly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlinesProfessional, punctual, reliable, and neatStrong attention to detail and accuracyTrustworthy and ability to handle confidential informationCompensation & Benefits:
