The team they manage will serve as the tactical team that carries out content optimization and/or production for each line of business, ensuring that the strategy is appropriately applied to the unique needs of their region. This team is accountable for driving measurable customer and revenue growth for assigned business units in collaboration with the strategic and operational marketing teams. The Manager is responsible for ensuring that all team members adhere to established guidelines and achieve objectives.The Manager will sit as a key member of the marketing operations leadership team and also serve as a key advisor to strategic marketers on matters of content and channel strategy, and content development within the region.What You’ll Do:Building and managing content marketing teamAttract, retain and develop skilled individuals who can perform effectively across various media platforms, industries, and regions.Implement a dynamic content marketing practice across global, regional, industry, supplier, and product campaignsEnhance brand perception top-, middle-, and bottom-of-funnel content development and deployment strategy that aligns sales, marketing, and supplier development goalsStrategy and ExecutionIn charge of creating, measuring, and improving the company's content marketing strategy and initiatives.Oversee all day-to-day activity relative to content production/optimization (blogs, emails, landing pages, video, social, etc.)Develop, improve, and supervise the execution of strategies and protocols to assist in achieving performance goals set by the Global Marketing Leadership Team. This role emphasizes enhancing down funnel conversion rates from content-to-lead.Analyze channel and strategy performance, providing proactive insights and metrics-based recommendations to help meet business goalsStrong focus on analytics and ensuring strategies launched are all measurable and supporting our overall business goalsTake charge of overseeing content campaigns and programs that align with the business strategy.Establish multidisciplinary communication and collaboration across regions and functionsStrategic AdvisorProvide vision, leadership, and counsel for communications and marketing to regional, strategic, and cross-departmental leadershipProvide guidance on effective strategies and mentor others to prioritize desired results over specific tasks.Counsel on optimal content type, channel, timing, and messaging in alignment with business goals and campaign objectivesAlign with digital and web teams to integrate technical and content SEO for optimal performanceWhat You’ll Need:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required; equivalent experience in the industry will also be considered.MBA or Masters in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations a plus; or advanced technical degree in a field related to the business also accepted7+ years of progressive experience in communications, public relations, marketing, or related experienceProficiency in SEO strategy, including SEM Rush, Google Analytics, and/or similar platformsProven ability to lead with direct authority and through influence, including partnering across peer leadership groups and deploying resources to support individual initiatives as well as an enterprise-wide narrative.Strong ability to work well with others, stay organized, and communicate effectively; excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex and/or sensitive matters involving various individuals or groups.Proven track record of leading teams in a large and diverse organization with multiple priorities and individuals involved.High degree of initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision-making and an ability to analyze situations accurately and take effective action as needed.Demonstrated strategic leadership, planning, change management, and process improvement skills.Proven accuracy and attention to detail in managing multiple initiatives and priorities, along with experience in simultaneously implementing projects and events across multiple time frames (short, mid and long-term).Experience successfully managing teams and budgets in a highly complex organization.
