As a

Senior Marketing Analyst , you will work on new customer acquisition communication plans and strategies to maximize response and optimize profitability, while keeping a customer-first mindset. You will demonstrate your ability to analyze the business and assist with creating marketing strategies that focus on both customer lifecycle and segmentation to drive incremental demand. Working cross-functionally with the Creative, Segmentation, Merchandising, Credit and Marketing teams, you will help design tests to answer business questions, and work with key partners to bring your strategies and personalized experiences to market.

This role is based out of our Eden Prairie, MN head office within our hybrid environment that has team members come into the office 3 days a week.

Duties And ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing strategy and maintaining marketing communication plans and calendarsAct as key business owner and project manager for initiatives relating to improving overall engagement. These include efforts to improve customer experience on the website, drive integrated contact strategies with the print, digital, and other teams as assignedPropose, Design and Execute A/B tests. Communicate analysis and recommendations to business partners.Leverage SQL/SAS and/or Looker to pull data and analyze test resultsPartner with cross-functional teams (such as Credit, Compliance, Digital, Creative, etc) to align on strategy, develop and execute omnichannel marketing campaignsDevelop KPI reports for marketing efforts and complete ad hoc analysis that lead to actionable insights to drive performanceOther duties as assigned

Required Qualifications3-5 years of experience in marketing related fieldKnowledge of and demonstrated experience using marketing metrics, KPIs and reportingExperience conducting analysis and making recommendations across multiple data sourcesAbility to successfully lead multiple projects, priorities and schedules simultaneouslyBasic SQL and/or SAS programming skillsExperience with Excel including ability to use functions such as pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.
