We are seeking a

SEO & UX Manager

who is a pivotal figure in developing and executing the various search engine optimization and user experience initiatives for the CCA retail division websites. As an SEO/UX Manager, you’ll make strategic level recommendations and implement tactics to drive improvements in organic traffic, consumer engagement, and lead conversion. You’ll collaborate with various internal departments and outside agencies and assist with the creation and management of budgets for specified marketing programs. Our ideal candidate must have experience in leading all aspects of a technical and/or creative project; be comfortable interfacing with members and senior management; prioritize and multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced, technology-driven environment, and work effectively and calmly under deadlines.

Our SEO/UX Manager will:

Manage the SEO/UX team and related projects to ensure projects and SEO deliverables are on schedule and meet quality standards. This includes providing logistical support to the team, collaborating with the three other local digital services team leaders and ensuring members receive optimal digital services. Extensive knowledge of website content management system is crucial and the ability to provide content guidance and best practices to team, staff, and members.Develop and implement SEO strategies for national and local websites of the retail divisions. Evaluate current tactics and introduce creative methods to increase the quantity and quality of visitors to local and national websites. Perform keyword research, provide SEO analysis and recommendations, implement and administer search optimization services to help drive organic traffic, and monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels to improve rankings.Develop strategies and implement website enhancements to increase user engagement and lead generation. Conduct consumer research and testing, develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs, and work with agency UI designers to implement designs to be used on website and for in-store user experience tools.Work with an outside agency, develop new content and linking strategies for the national and member websites including copy, photography, video, etc. Oversee all promotional sale graphics and pricing, assist with the development of website product strategy, and work with the merchandising team to ensure all product is represented correctly online and through third-party applications.

Do our requirements match YOUR background?

Bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing and at least 2 years of management and 4 years of marketing experience.Experience with search engine optimization with a strong use of analytics.Extensive experience with content management systems.Relies on initiative, experience, and judgement to plan and accomplish goals in an environment where formal processes are limited; must be proactive.Must be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures of digital marketing.Strong personal computer skills and Microsoft Office skills.Excellent spelling and grammar skills with the ability to communicate with corporate staff in a courteous, tactful, and concise manner.Knowledge of graphic design systems (Quark, Publisher, In-Design) is a plus.
