Responsible for applying advanced technical methods, techniques, and analyses to provide solutions, make recommendations and resolve issues. Ensures industry and HNTB standards of technical delivery are applied consistently and effectively across projects. Independently applies knowledge and experience in partnership with internal project team members and external client counterparts. Serves as an advisor on complex projects to provide technical solutions to achieve successful delivery.What You’ll Do:Utilizes as technical resource in project meetings and project design for area of specialty.Researches best practices and maintains outside contact with other specialists.Acts as an internal and external point-of-contact for specialty area(s).Develops and advises others in related subject matter.Prepares technical presentations, reports, and analysis in area of specialty.Interacts regularly with clients at the staff level.May perform technical reviews for other projects in area of specialty.May be responsible for leading the work of a project team in area of specialty and coordinating work with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects.Performs other duties as assigned.What You’ll Need:Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology or related field and 10 years of relevant experience, orAssociate of Science in Drafting or Technical School or related and 12 years of relevant experience, orIn lieu education, 14 years of relevant experienceWhat We Prefer:TxDOT and/or ARDOT design and production expertiseAdditional InformationClick here for benefits information: HNTB Total RewardsClick here to learn more about EOE including disability and vetVisa sponsorship is not available for this position.#AL #Highways.Locations:...............NOTICE TO THIRD-PARTY AGENCIES:HNTB does not accept unsolicited resumes from recruiters or agencies.
