Lead, craft and shape an amazing team of designers that shape amazing work for the world’s biggest brands. You will be a defining voice on the design direction of your projects, leading by design and collaborating with the Design Director to unlock each project's creative potential.Translate brand strategy and creative concepts into functional and expressive brand identity systems and solutions that cross the boundaries of design, data, and technology, helping solve clients' problems at scale.Work directly with clients and internal teams to ensure we exceed the original brief, pushing what’s possible on both design and creative levels.Utilize your problem-solving skills to guide projects and design teams from start to finish, ensuring the highest quality work.Present and rationalize the work created by you and the

Brand_ID , and digital.Exhibit exemplary presentation, research, rationale, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills beyond aesthetic excellence in your portfolio.Possess 8+ years of experience as a natural design leader, with a proven track record in fostering, growing, educating, motivating, and retaining a team of creative designers.Exhibit curiosity and a self-propelled nature, always striving to learn and progress while pushing personal and professional boundaries.Demonstrate strong social and communication skills that facilitate understanding of colleagues’ and clients’ perspectives.Have a solid understanding of the branding process and potential pitfalls of production.Maintain a critical eye while balancing kudos and critique to motivate others.Possess a thorough understanding of design fundamentals such as brand mark design, typography, grid systems, white space, aspect ratios, and color theory, with obsessive attention to detail.Feel confident tackling high-end projects in collaboration with internal and external teams and clients.Master modern design and prototyping tools (Adobe CS and Figma).Organize files, layers, and folders effectively to facilitate colleagues' workflow.Exhibit flexibility and willingness to apply design-thinking across all stages of the creative process: research, strategy, expression, and implementation.Report to the Head of Brand Design, managing time and expectations with internal and external stakeholders, while being mindful of budgets and schedules.Bonus: Strong knowledge of motion or animation is a plus.About Monks
