Working with us means working with the latest technologies and groundbreaking, sustainable innovations.Join us on our journey for a better tomorrow.Job Title: Specialist_MarketingReporting to: Manager_Service SalesLocation: PangyoPURPOSE OF THIS JOBPerforms data control and analysis of full potential market and number/customer/location of Installed based machines to support the sales and service team of CTS.Develop and revise local service products and price strategies based on market and Installed-based analysis and conduct deployment of global service and price strategies.Responsible to maintain the highest data quality of Master data following the divisional guidelines/instructions.Represent the key to ensure running smoothly processes and reporting correctness of all CTS system and programs like Power BI, VisionAIR and SAP.Collaborates regularly with product sales, service sales(internal/external), distributors, service operation, planners, technical support and business development people.Have to digital marketing collaboration with communication team.Check and support C4C system for sales engineersDUTIES&RESPONSIBILITYUnderstand and refine customer segmentation. Learn and understand products, services, technology, and industry trends.Lead or participate in efforts to collect and analyze data that leads to the identification and prioritization of customer requirements, from minimum-to-compete to best-in-class. Assess how well services messaging resonates with the sales channels and with customers.Discover and share the state of CTS services compared to the competition. Lead SWOT analyses cross-functionally to counter weaknesses via messaging and service development; and leverage opportunities by identifying new service offerings and developing value propositions.Understand and monitor customer requirements. Lead or participate in NPS process as VOC (voice of the customer) to refine customer segments and define requirements by segment.Interact with product marketing, sales, and after-market services to understand the buying behavior of the segments and structure offerings and messaging appropriately.Seek opportunities to leverage value-based pricing approaches.Develop customer stories that support core messaging strategy and integrate services messaging into the overall portfolio of CTS division.Integrate Lifecycle Services and Technical Services into CTS Services messaging.Collaborate with Marketing Communications to translate messaging and conversation roadmaps into sales and service strategies.Develop methods and procedures for obtaining, maintaining and updating market related data.QUALIFICATION[Experience/Education]Diploma or degree, or business administrationData collecting, analysis and reporting[Knowledge/Skill]Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Power point, and etc) application and any other analytical software.SAP systemStrong communication skills including listening, writing, presenting, and follow-through.Strong interpersonal skills including effective meeting facilitation and cross-functional collaboration.Ability to be self-starter and team-player.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on commitments.Ability to learn new technologies, industries, and business processes quickly.* Submission of recommendation letter along with CV preferred* Please submit only the minimum personal information required for the recruitment process.Diverse by nature and inclusive by choiceBright ideas come from all of us.
